About the Author: Frank Asch has been writing and illustrating children’s books for more than 30 years. Though he is most known for his Moonbear picture books, Asch has written in almost every category of children’s literature including poetry, concept books, juvenile nonfiction, and children’s novels. His collaboration with a Russian author on a children’s book received a National Book Award. Asch lives in Middletown Springs, Vermont, with his family and their faithful dog, Robi.
